How files are processed
Supported workflows process files on your device. Installing a runtime or package downloads software; it does not upload your files.
Standard Engine and optional resources
Standard resources launch quickly and support common work. You can explicitly install additional resources for offline use or more complex documents. Compatible apps can share resources, such as the Office runtime shared by Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Steps
- Open BOP Docs from the app launcher.
- Choose a supported file from your device, or start a new project.
- Review the content and make the changes you need.
Result: The project is open in the editor and ready for further work.
Save and export your work
Keep an editable project and create a file for sharing or another workflow.
Goal: Preserve your changes locally and create an export.
What you need: An open project with your latest changes.
Steps
- Save the project to local browser storage.
- Choose an available export format and save the downloaded file on your device.
- Reopen the project or exported file to verify the result.
Result: The editable project remains available locally and the exported file is on your device.
